Featured BBQ: Wild West Trail Picnic: Every Cowboy Trail has a guy who cooks; we call our guy Cookie. NO ONE EATS til Cookie calls! This is a great theme picnic for your lunchtime or your weekend company picnic.
Our staff is dressed for the trail and you are served in real gold panning tins. The Cornbread and Lazy B Corn Fritters go great with the Spicy Cracklin’ Hot Chicken and Trail Burgers with Spicy BBQ Shake. Served with Smokin’ Joe’s ‘Lil Butter Corns, our Cowboy’s favorite Trail beans, Sunny Ranch Valley Coleslaw and Cookies Favorite Apple Pie. If yur lucky, you might even get some sugar and cream for your Strong Cold Coffee. All of this for $10, plus staff/service fee.
Appetizers and Platters: Easy to order and easy to serve, these are perfect for self-serve office luncheons, breakouts, meetings, or after hour parties. You can order hot and cold trays, platters and pans of appetizers like Shrimp or Chocolate Dipped Strawberries. How about a Mediterranean Platter or Sushi and Maki? If you are in the mood for casual fare, try one of six different flavors of meatballs or chicken wings. From things you dip to little flavorful nibbles, we have over three dozen options you may select from.
Hors d’oeuvres: Designed for butler-passed or stations and buffets, but still perfect for self-service catering. We include some of our award-winning hors d’oeuvres from competitions we have won all over Metro Detroit. Are you looking for little cakes? Two of our five savory cakes have won awards. How about things that are skewered? We have a dozen choices. Like a little bite wrapped in pastry or something that you dip? Hot and cold gourmet appetizers have a unique style and presentation.
Rentals and Activities: We have a large inventory of off premise equipment, linens, tableware, decorations, picnic activities and small tents. We have worked with vendors in the Detroit and Ann Arbor area since 1994. You can be confident when we secure outside rentals and services for your event, that they are top notch. We procure the best vendor for your event and your budget. Our vendors are all approved, licensed and insured. They have proven to be reliable and provide excellent quality service and equipment for our events.
