The Continental Breakfast You Might Expect: We prepare the standard American continental breakfast, as most other caterers do. But we put a little more love into ours than you might expect. Our pastries are baked fresh. Just imagine some loving grandmother types in the kitchen baking all day. Our grandmothers are a little younger than the image you just created in your mind, but they put just as much love into each scone or Danish as you imagined. The Continental Breakfast You Don’t Expect: We add color and interest to the standard continental with the introduction of the Italian, Euro, English and Morning Wake-up Call themes. More than baked goods, fruit and juices, our cold breakfasts have a little more umph!. For upscale breakfasts our individual Potato & Bacon Soufflés and our Bacon Pesto Stratas are perfect. They are so tasty and delicious. Try one of our other house specialties like Frittata wedges, fresh baked Scones, Smoked Salmon and Smoked Chicken Mousse with bagels or our very popular Breakfast Strudel – it’s the hottest breakfast item this year!

Breakfast Trays: Our trays are made fresh, just before delivery. Select from freshly prepared morning baked breads and pastry assortments, fresh fruit, tropical fruit, fruit kabobs, lo-carb nibbles, fruit and cheese and other powerhouse breakfast choices.

Wake up to our scrumptious full morning breakfast, prepared in the wee hours before delivery. It is hot and fresh for your meeting or training session. Our breakfasts are a fresh way to begin your day at the office. We deliver breakfast catering orders at all hours from Metro Detroit to Ann Arbor.

Traditional Egg Breakfasts: Our full hot breakfast buffets are complete meals and in every price range. We prepare everything fresh, to order. Choose from our basic eggs, potato, baked goods and fruit buffet or step up to our country fresh breakfast with sausage gravy, bacon and homemade biscuits – a family recipe. If you have a sweet tooth our French Toast with caramelized pecans, caramel sauce, syrup and cinnamon-vanilla whipped topping will fit the bill. Try our pancakes and hot breakfast sandwiches, too.

Brunches: A Carlson Catering brunch can be full service or self service, depending upon your selection. They can include buffet food only, or buffet with a chef to prepare breakfast as you need it. We have six different brunch menus, each is a culinary delight.

These are wonderful menus for your training or corporate meetings that swing from the morning into afternoon. Our brunch menus have a bit of breakfast and a bit of lunch. Carlson Catering Company loves an original brunch and our Premiere Strolling Breakfast is the talk of the town! So are our theme brunches, they are so creative and tasty. You’ll get compliments over and over again.

Premiere Strolling Breakfast: A unique celebration, designed for a breakfast cocktail-like party in the home or office. Buffet of breakfast hors d’oeuvres includes spinach and ricotta quiche, smoked salmon bagel coins, quiche Lorraine, ham and cheese mini croissants with honey mustard, baby crepes with fresh fruit and cream and assorted Danish basket. Served with our premium coffee, fresh fruit “mimosa” with nectar, fresh squeezed orange and grapefruit juices (our own special blend) in martini glasses. (requires chef/server)
